The 3D filament you help fund will be used across disciplines and by all types of learners. With four 3D printers already in place, the only missing piece is the material to keep them running. Your contribution ensures every student at our high school has the chance to develop practical, transferable skills that will serve them in trade schools, entrepreneurship, college, and beyond.\r\n\r\nTogether, we are building not just projects, but confidence, curiosity, and career readiness. Thank you for investing in our students' futures.\r\nWhat excites our students most is the power to create. The moment they see their digital designs come to life as physical objects, their engagement soars. The 3D printers have become a centerpiece of innovation in our classrooms, inspiring students to ask deeper questions, iterate on their designs, and take pride in their work. For many, it's their first exposure to advanced technology that mirrors what professionals use in the real world—sparking interest in fields like engineering, architecture, healthcare, and design.","fullyFundedDate":1732147221551,"projectUrl":"project/fab-lab/8950897/","projectTitle":"Fab Lab","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Rugg","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp3809269_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1487533971883","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/3809269"},{"teacherId":9747575,"projectId":8777287,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generosity. The podium that I was able to purchase with the grant money has been put to great use. The students were so excited when they first saw it. They have already taken to decorating it with an FFA emblem. \r\n\r\nIt has been used at our chapter meetings, in class while students are learning parliamentary procedure, giving speeches, or sharing demonstrations. I use it almost every day when I am teaching and find it very useful to have all my papers and materials with me on the podium rather than having to go back and forth to my desk. \r\n\r\nThe students have also been using the soil and plant materials and are very excited to be able to have a hands on project. So far, we have used it to learn about asexual vs. sexual propagation by planting seeds and taking cuttings. I am also planning to use it with my middle school students. I am starting a plant science class next year, so hopefully this will build some enthusiasm for that pathway. \r\n\r\nThank you again for your generous donation!","fullyFundedDate":1734295036927,"projectUrl":"project/plants-to-public-speaking-funding-the-f/8777287/","projectTitle":"Plants to Public Speaking: Funding the Future","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Standley","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-8_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9747575"},{"teacherId":9702564,"projectId":8991555,"letterContent":"We are incredibly grateful for your support of the Broncs Jump Rope Program! Thanks to your generosity, our students have been able to engage in exciting new activities that promote teamwork, perseverance, and physical fitness. \r\n\r\nFrom the moment our students first saw the new jump ropes and equipment, their excitement was contagious! They couldn't wait to start practicing new tricks, perfecting their timing, and working together to create synchronized routines. One of the most memorable moments was when a group of students successfully completed their first double-dutch routine—it was met with cheers and high-fives all around! \r\n\r\nThese new resources have transformed our PE classes and after-school sessions. Students are not only building their athletic skills but also gaining confidence, coordination, and a sense of accomplishment. Seeing their determination to master new jump rope techniques has been inspiring! \r\n\r\nLooking ahead, our next steps include preparing for a school-wide jump rope showcase, where students will demonstrate their progress and creativity. We're also integrating jump rope activities into our fitness challenges to keep students motivated and engaged. \r\n\r\nYour support has made a lasting impact, and we can't thank you enough for being part of our journey. Your support has had a tremendous impact on their learning experience and will undoubtedly influence their futures in a meaningful way.\r\n\r\nThe workbook served as an invaluable companion to the lessons taught in First to a Million, reinforcing the concepts and encouraging students to engage more deeply with the material. Each class day, we gathered for discussions about the day's reading, reflecting on key takeaways and what stood out to the students. These conversations were not only enlightening but also empowering as students began to see the potential for financial independence in their own lives.\r\n\r\nTo further enhance their learning, students completed detailed notes on the chapters, extracting information they believed would be most beneficial for their futures. Additionally, they maintained interactive journals to track activities from the workbook, along with their personal reflections and insights. These activities fostered critical thinking, self-awareness, and a practical understanding of personal finance principles.\r\n\r\nNone of this would have been possible without your generosity. Your contribution provided my students with resources that will serve them far beyond the classroom. You have given them the tools to dream big and the knowledge to take actionable steps toward achieving their financial goals.\r\n\r\nOn behalf of myself and my students, thank you for investing in their education and future success.
