They all got so excited and jumped up and down. We used the phonics clamps and magnet letters right away and they thought it was so fun! In that activity a variety of students matched uppercase and lowercase or spelled basic cvc words. I also put up our phonics wall and began referring to it immediately. \r\n\r\nWe used the scales in math and weighed different things in the classroom to find things that weigh more and less.
