The balls and pennies are being used daily at recess and during an organized activity every Friday. Through this contribution, almost every student in my school (600+) has participated in building their skills through games. Students have been playing card games, giant yard games, board games, and even engaged in engineering. It has provided a safe environments for those who are timid, and those who need more social stimulation. When students saw the materials, they were so excited to work together and build new things with the Legos! So many types of items have been donated, that the students look forward to learning new games and opening the new boxes!\r\n\r\nOur next step is to bring a few groups together to play some serious games! We will be having a competition for checkers, Pokémon, Jenga, and Legos. Through these competitions, students will be able to work together, use their imagination and bring out some of their math skills! \r\n\r\n \"Game On!
