The students took notice of our new organization materials right away, and quickly learned our new protocols using them. \r\nWith our new shelf, I am able to house a variety of oddly shaped and differently sized glockenspiels. I no longer have to worry about the instruments getting bumped or falling to the floor, and the students are improving their ability to respect and care for our instruments. Our 5th graders will be using the glockenspiels to perform Carol Of The Bells at our holiday concert. We explained to them that we had wonderful people donate to our classroom to be able receive these things.\r\n\r\nOur students are obsessed with the new fidgets, the fuzzy rug and bean bags chairs we have now in our calming corner. Their other favorites are the new white boards and dry erase markers. They use them for ELA and math. \r\n\r\nOur next steps are to keep utilizing the things/materials we have received.
