Our students were excited to see the new materials and immediately wanted to use them. We have been using the supplies during small-group instruction, tutoring, and daily ESL activities. The flash cards give students additional practice with math skills, while the highlighters, scissors, sheet protectors, and organizers help us prepare activities and keep student materials organized. The snacks have also been a wonderful addition during tutoring and extended learning time, helping students stay energized and ready to learn.\r\n\r\nThese resources have helped us create a more welcoming, organized, and supportive learning environment for our ESL students. As we continue throughout the school year, we will use the materials to strengthen students' English-language skills, support classroom assignments, practice academic skills, and build their confidence as learners.\r\n\r\nA special thank you to the Maxwell/Hanrahan Foundation for supporting our project. When the boxes arrived, my students were beyond excited. They couldn't believe that people they've never even met cared enough to help them learn. As we opened everything together, they smiled, pointed, and asked when they could start using the new materials. It truly felt like Christmas in our classroom! Right away, we put the supplies to work in our daily lessons, and the difference has been amazing. Students are more engaged, more focused, and proud to use new materials made just for learning.\r\n\r\nWe use these supplies every single day for reading, writing, math, and small-group activities. One of my favorite moments was watching students dive into their work without worrying about not having what they need. They now have the tools to fully participate, stay organized, and show what they know. For many of my students, having their own quality supplies has boosted their confidence and motivation more than I ever expected.\r\n\r\nThanks to you, our next steps include continuing to build strong skills in reading, writing, and problem-solving using these new resources.
