Your support means more than you know to our students.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, our young makers now have the chance to explore materials that bend, stretch, twist, and spring back—sparking brand-new opportunities for innovation and creativity. This filament will allow students to design wearable creations, build engineering prototypes, and experiment with real-world problem-solving in ways that simply weren't possible before.\r\n\r\nOur club members are already buzzing with ideas: custom keychains and bracelets, soft robotics concepts, flexible phone stands, and classroom tools they can invent themselves. \r\n\r\nYour gift didn't just supply a material—your kindness told our students that their curiosity matters and that people believe in their potential. The tablets are great because they don't require markers or paper, so they are fun and sustainable. When we use whiteboards, we go through so many markers. My students enjoy using these especially during phonics lessons, when it can seem long for them. The magnetic letters also supported spelling rules that the students were then able to generalize into their writing. Coding is a hard thing to teach, and often, students feel discouraged because it takes so long to see results. My students are so excited to code, now that we have the spheros. They challenge each other to program the sphero to go through an obstacle course, change LED light colors, and even make a \"crash\" sound effect if they bump into something. It is engaging and rewarding for them.\r\n\r\nSeveral of my boys said they would never code because it's \"just too hard.\" I've been struggling to get them to participate in coding for a few months. It was so energizing to see the way they invested themselves in the project! My 3D printing club students really had fun helping their classmates navigate tinkercad and be 'experts.' Several students even told me that they read the book after making their robot (even though they had been avoiding reading it for class).\r\n\r\nI feel like this made a big difference for students of every ability level, and was accessible for our 3 students who are still learning English.
