These items have really made our classroom a welcoming place for the students. The items have given our students a multitude of different learning options. \r\n\r\nThe classroom rug has been a huge hit in our room. The first day we had it out all of the kids went and laid on it. It is used as a nice calm down spot. The kids also use it for quiet reading time. Another big hit has been the Tapple game. This has helped our kids with their sight words and working as group. The magnetic letter tiles give a different method for the students to work with their sight words.\r\n\r\nEvery single donation was definitely appreciated, not just by me but the students. The impact of this gift is truly immeasurable, and it has already ignited a new sense of excitement and possibility within our learning community.\r\n This donation goes far beyond providing a new piece of technology; it is an investment in our students' futures. Your gift empowers us to implement differentiated learning on a scale I could only have dreamed of before. Every student learns differently and has unique needs, and these iPads will be instrumental in allowing me to tailor lessons and activities to each child's individual pace and learning style. For visual learners, interactive apps can bring abstract concepts to life, while hands-on learners can use them to create projects and presentations. Students who need extra support can use the devices for focused practice, while those who are ready for a challenge can explore advanced topics and resources.","fullyFundedDate":1759160441689,"projectUrl":"project/using-technology-to-help-with-communicat/9560203/","projectTitle":"Using Technology to Help with Communication and Learning","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Simmons","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-9_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9117077"},{"teacherId":10192809,"projectId":9628891,"letterContent":"I want to inform you that the items purchased with your donations have already been put to great use in our classroom. The weighted lap pad shaped like a dog has quickly become a class favorite—students even named it Dotty! The Slam Spaceship Sight Word game and the I Have, Who Has math games have made learning both fun and engaging. I can genuinely say that every student has learned and enjoyed being in our classroom thanks to these resources.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has not only provided tools but has created memorable experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence. I chose to not try a third time and thankfully, Donor's Choose was able to credit the project with your donation. I was then able to use these funds for portable student lap desks and various other classroom supplies and tools to use during math interventions. While your funds will not be used for the kidney table (despite two delivery attempts) it will be used to provide quality instruction. I am currently working on developing our school's math intervention program from the ground up and these student lap desks and tools will help me provide individualized and strategic support to students across all grade levels. \r\n\r\nThank you so much for helping to support our students' growth, I look forward to the delivery of the items.","fullyFundedDate":1728450583550,"projectUrl":"project/finally-a-safe-table-for-math/8852697/","projectTitle":"Finally!
