The scholars have enjoyed the modeling clay as symbolizing the cases. This provides an excellent opportunity for kinetic learning. And they can apply concrete analyses through my C.E.S.A.R documents (C = Claim; E = Evidence; S = SCOTUS Case(s); A = Applicable Amendment (s), Acts and/or Articles; and R = Reasoning - how the Supreme Court ruled.)\r\nThe whole process ensures ownership of the information. It is hard ro get a quality work sample with a regular inkjet.
