When the very large boxes arrived I was greeted with cheers and requests for \"Unboxing\". They loved seeing their new yoga blocks and bands.\r\n\r\nStudents have been using the yoga block specifically to aid with their flexibility, core strength, and balance. They have learned new exercises utilizing the blocks for their turns and splits. The bands have also helped with leg flexibility and upper body and arm strength. Students have expressed that using these classroom additions have helped with their dance training. We will continue to utilize these gift in future years for these purposes and I look forward to seeing my students continue to improve with their training.
