As a teacher, that connection with students means everything, and not being able to see them again before the school year ended left a deep ache in my heart. When this project was funded, however, it gave me a way to still reach my students and remind them how much I care about them. Even though I could not be there in person, your generosity allowed me to show them love, encouragement, and support through something I knew would make them happy.
