My students have been so excited to try assistive technology in their classrooms. The scanner pens will scan text in books, passages, etc., and then will translate for them. This benefits all my students because most cannot read fast enough to understand what they read. This pen helps them to not only focus on words but reading sentences or even a paragraph at a time so they can concentrate on what they've read. \r\n\r\nThis scanner pen will not only read to my students but it has a dictionary feature so it can define words for them. This pen has a built-in feature to translate into different languages. One of my students is an english language learner so it provides an added benefit for her as well. She has been eager to use the scanner pen daily because it helps her overcome language barriers. \r\n\r\nThank you again for gift to my classroom. This investment in my therapy classroom is helping my students in so many ways.
