Whether it's partner reading, math talks, or small-group discussions, they are eager to sit together in that space. During whole-group explanations or when we watch educational videos on the Promethean board, the rug has completely changed the atmosphere, students are noticeably more enthusiastic, more focused, and more engaged. You can feel the excitement as they settle in, ready to learn, collaborate, and participate in both English and Spanish. Their faces light up every time they make something blink or react. Our next big step is creating The Reaction Game using the BitBoard and the LEGO baseplate. Students will get to combine coding, circuitry, and engineering design, which is exactly the kind of cross-curricular learning that helps them feel like real inventors. I have to try it out when students are not around so that I can see if it passes the smoke alarms. That would be too exciting! I know that once it's up and running, it will help us maintain better air quality, especially during STEAM activities that involve cardboard, paper dust, and other materials that can linger in the room.\r\n\r\nOur next steps include incorporating the purifier during our upcoming engineering and design cycles.
