Materials like the Touch & Read Phonics Sentence Match sets, Write & Wipe Word Ladders, syllable matching activities, and word mapping boards are being used daily during our small group \"Walk to Reading\" time.\r\n\r\nStudents rotate through targeted activities where they practice building sentences, breaking apart syllables, and mapping out sounds in words. These tools have been especially impactful during intervention groups, allowing us to meet students exactly where they are. One memorable moment was watching a student use the word mapping boards to independently decode a new word.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, students were immediately excited and eager to try them out. The interactive, hands-on design keeps them engaged and motivated, turning what can be a difficult skill into something fun and approachable.\r\n\r\nThese resources allow us to support a wide range of learners, from those just beginning to identify letter sounds to those working on more advanced sight-word sentences. Moving forward, we will continue using these tools to strengthen phonics skills, build reading fluency, and help students confidently tackle unfamiliar words in both reading and writing.\r\n\r\nYour support is helping ensure that every student has access to the tools they need to grow as a reader.
