I was able to use the weights, yoga mat and stepper as planned. Instead of using the small weights I had at home, I was able to model how to use dumbbells safely and effectively during our workouts. During our strength training workouts, the adjustable dumbbells were especially effective since I was able to change weights very easily.\r\n\r\nThe yoga mat made stretches and floor work but more comfortable!
