I truly believe that having materials the student can touch and discover. The students were so excited when the saw all the materials. The students enjoy learning, however, they were overjoyed to be able to explore in our discovery area. \r\n We are learning about living and nonliving things. The students used the magnifying glasses to determine what is real and fake. I find when the students can use most or all of their senses to learn, it gives them a better understanding of what we are learning. Our next project will be push and pull.
