My students are a vibrant group of first graders who come from various backgrounds. They are full of energy and excitement. My students enjoy each one another and love having fun while learning. The students have had limited exposure to the world outside their community, however they have a wealth of knowledge regarding their culture and families. My school is located in a building that was built in 1903. We are in the heart of the city and are surrounded by loving families that want what is best for their children. My school has had limited funds this year and were unable to provide me with the instructional tools that I am requesting on Donorschoose.
