I have many students that love to read, but an equal number of reluctant readers. A motivating factor is slipping brand new books into their hands and helping them find their own book joy!\r\n\r\nMy students can travel to the local library, but those trips are not often enough to truly capture a reading spirit and encourage the life long skill of reading. However, allowing students daily access to reading material can change everything!\r\n\r\nI am so lucky to have students from all over the world with all kinds of life experience and each one adds so much to our school. These students are building their own community and books are a wonderful bridge to show others different experiences and reflect their own. My motto is a book for everyone and everyone in a book. All of us can be represented in a complete library.
