One of our favorite moments has been incorporating the yoga mats into breathing exercises and short yoga flows, giving students a comfortable space to slow down, focus, and become more aware of their bodies and minds. The students were excited to see the new equipment and immediately wanted to put it to use!\r\n\r\nThe ball inflator and coaches board are also helping us make our basketball and movement activities more organized and engaging.
