Their faces were priceless when I took out the rocking reading chairs and HUGE bean bag chair. My students are LOVING these new seating options. They are able to sit with their peer on the bean bag chair and read together or independently. The rocking chairs have also been a huge hit as the students are able to move their bodies in a safe manor while reading. It is providing them with an opportunity to safely move/fidget while stayed focused. It has been a game changer for us when reading as a class as well! \r\n\r\nWe are so grateful to you the donors for helping make this possible for our little classroom family. I cannot wait to hopefully continue to provide them with different resources and opportunities to exercise their bodies while also exercising their minds! Thank you for helping me continue to make our classroom feel like a safe space for learning and growing together.","fullyFundedDate":1769192031592,"projectUrl":"project/ready-readers-need-relaxing-chairs/9964506/","projectTitle":"Ready Readers Need Relaxing Chairs!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. DeLisio","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-3_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7542685"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_88820","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":466,"numTeachers":37,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":33,"percentWhite":34,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":3,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"Pre-K - 5","studentTeacherRatio":"12.6:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":62.4,"schoolId":88820,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Central Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Central Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/pennsylvania/big-beaver-falls-area-school-district/central-elementary-school/88820"}
