This project supplied this elementary school clinic with lots of hygiene items for my school community. \r\nWith this project, we put together period pouches to give to students who have started their menstrual cycles. Brushes, combs, single use toothbrushes, and flossers can be put in a bag and handed out to students who just need a little help with hygiene that day or have experiences a life event such as homelessness or house fire. Deodorants for boys and girls can be provided as needed for students who forget to apply theirs at home or get hot and sweaty in the gym or recess.
