Literacy instruction is such an important piece to students being confident and strong readers. The materials inside this project were selected with so much intention and a goal of fostering a love for reading. \r\n\r\nWhen the items arrived my students were so curious about what was coming inside these large boxes. As each box arrived and we opened them students were so excited to see the contents! Flexible seating was something I've been wanting to do since I started teaching and this donation made it possible. \r\n\r\n\r\nFor starters, my students LOVE the wobble stools and ask to use them everyday. The stools and cushions are a top pick when it comes to reading around the classroom! The stools are also used during small group and give my students a sense of fun as they work with me 1 on 1 or with their peers. We just started our first literacy circle using the Magic Treehouse books! Students are loving them and it's great to see them read stories from when I was in school. This is just a few of the items that have made and impact for my classroom!\r\n\r\nWe are so grateful for the materials that we were able to receive and look forward to them serving students for years to come.","fullyFundedDate":1760378224085,"projectUrl":"project/crafting-a-love-for-reading/9823037/","projectTitle":"Crafting a Love for Reading","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Campbell","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10039930_orig.jpg?crop=4284,4284,x0,y285&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1747953522574","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10039930"},{"teacherId":10309874,"projectId":9821446,"letterContent":"Because of **your generosity**, my classroom now feels like a place where students truly want to be. The flexible seating you provided has transformed the way students experience learning, especially during Enrichment time. The bean bags have become a favorite spot—students light up when they get the chance to curl up with a book, get comfortable, and fully immerse themselves in learning.\r\n\r\n\r\n One moment that stands out is a student who shows a remarkable difference when he is sitting on a bean bag. In that space, he is calmer, more focused, and more engaged with the lesson and the books in front of him. Watching him choose a book, settle in, and stay connected to learning is a powerful reminder of how much the right environment matters.\r\n\r\n The fidget tools and variety of books you helped provide have created an atmosphere of choice, comfort, and curiosity.
