Our project allowed us to purchase project boards for science and social studies. \r\nOur students are required to complete either a science fair or social studies project every year. My students are using their star incentive chart to works towards a classroom reward. This is helping them to show positive choices in all aspects of our day at school and to work as a team to accomplish a goal. The incentives that were received are also used as small rewards to help students to strive towards the bigger goal. \r\n\r\nThe LCD writing tablets are used daily. The students are really enjoying using them to practice their spelling words. Not only are they using them academically but they choose them to use when we have days where we have to have indoor recess. Which, I may add, has been quite often lately. \r\n\r\nMy students were so appreciative that there are such wonderful people in our world that give towards kids. They were both shocked and ecstatic when opening our boxes and seeing all the wonderful items inside for them.
