On behalf of our entire team, I want to say a genuine and heartfelt thank you for supporting our DonorsChoose project, Spray It Forward: Helping BHS Garden Club Grow.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, we were able to purchase the battery-powered backpack sprayer we requested — and it has already made a huge difference. Before this, we were carrying watering cans back and forth across the courtyard and greenhouse, which was tiring and limited how much we could realistically care for. Now, we can water so much more efficiently, reach more spaces, and truly maintain the garden at the level it deserves.\r\n\r\nMore importantly, this tool has allowed more students to actively participate, even those who may not have the physical strength to haul water the old way. It has made our garden more inclusive, professional, and sustainable — and it makes us feel like we are part of something real and lasting.\r\n\r\nWe are currently growing pollinator-friendly flowers and just planted a beautiful white pine in our school's front yard. With the funds collected, we are also planning on hanging solar lights in our courtyard so people can enjoy the space before school when it is still dark. We are also ordering self-watering tools for all of the pots we maintain around campus. Your support didn't just help our garden — it helped us grow as leaders, environmental stewards, and community builders.\r\n\r\nThank you for believing in students — and in the good we are capable of when we're given the right tools.
