And our new supply of ziplocks have ensured that we can continue to create ice packs for injuries! As well, the crackers are in high demand and are helping to soothe upset or empty stomachs! \r\n\r\nOur clinic is also benefiting from the swiffer mop refills as we are now able to clean up small messes and the Poo-Pourri spray is ensuring that our highly used clinic restroom stays fresh for the next user! And last but not least, student records are being organized thanks to our new paperclips and post its!\r\n\r\nWithout your support and contributions, we would be \"making do\" with the supplies we would struggle to get! Thanks to you, we are able to provide our students a clinic environment that is clean, organized and well stocked with the supplies that make it easier to care for their needs! This project will allow our female students to remain in class, not miss out on their education and go about their day with dignity, feeling fresh and clean during their menstruation cycle. Having access to hygiene items shouldn't be a barrier for education! Yet many students who experience period poverty lose out on valuable instruction time due to not having the proper hygienic supplies most of us take for granted! Being able to provide a community service project to support our female students suffering these injustices will help our other students understand and comprehend the inequality some of our students face! Thank you for the gift of dignity for those who need it and experience this reality, and the gift of understanding for those who don't!\r\n\r\nIn addition, our Total Communications/Autism class is learning about community service and \"giving back\"! During practices and matches, students must communicate clearly, make quick decisions, and adjust strategies based on what they observe.
