The new titles that you added to our baskets are from favorite series and they are completing our collections. Each student has two book boxes (one for Spanish books and one for English books) that house books that they select from our classroom library for independent reading. These new books will keep my readers engaged so I can meet with individuals for reading conferences or call groups to share reading.\r\nIn addition, the Post-it Chart Paper the best invention ever! I use chart paper daily to model writing, capture student thinking, create anchor charts and provide visual supports. The flexibility of these giant post has transformed my instruction and has facilitated student access to our charts. I can easily move them to any location in the room. My table is in front of the windows and I can stick them behind me as I guide my groups.
