Many commented on how \"neat\" and \"clean\" the room looked. This change in the physical environment has significantly boosted their sense of ownership over the classroom. They are now much more eager to help with \"clean-up time,\" as they finally have a \"place\" for their instruments.\r\nAs we move forward, our next step is to involve the students in a \"Classroom Management Challenge.\" They will work in small groups to design labels and organizational systems for specific instrument (drums, xylophones, metallophones, mallets etc). This project not only helps them practice critical thinking but also ensures that the organization of the room continues.
