Students and parents were notified about our attendance challenge, and the excitement began right away. The first week when students got to choose their prizes, their eyes lit up with joy—they were so proud to receive a reward for their effort and improvement. \r\n The variety of prizes has kept them eager and motivated to come to school on time each day. Our next step is to continue monitoring attendance data and rewarding students as they show progress. The positive impact these incentives have made is already clear, and we're excited to keep building on that momentum.
