The students enjoyed seeing how the sand reacted to the water. The food coloring was also utilized in the lab, and the students were able to see how it slowly dispersed in the water. \r\n\r\nIn the future, I plan to utilize the model kit to allow students to better visualize how the molecules are structured. The hands-on activity book will continue to be incorporated in the classroom through both demonstrations and labs for years to come. \r\n\r\nThese opportunities for the students and ideas for me are made possible thanks to the funding you provided.
