The excitement is clear—right after our bathroom break around 10:15, my class gathers for their snack, while the other third grade class enjoys theirs at 10:30. This daily routine has become something special for all of our students.\r\n\r\nWith about 48 third graders in total, these snacks help fuel their learning and keep them energized through the long morning before lunch. I've noticed how much better they focus on lessons, participate in activities, and complete their work after having something to eat.\r\n\r\nBeyond keeping their bodies fueled, snack time has brought joy and a sense of community to our classrooms. Students know that someone cared enough to make this possible, and that encouragement makes a real difference in their day.
