The moment my students heard that pillows were coming, they were filled with excitement. These pillows have become more than just classroom items, they are a source of comfort since each one of them got one. They help my students feel calm, safe, and relaxed, like they have their own safe and special place in the classroom. They take care of them and truly value them. All of my students said, \"Wow! Thank you for giving us pillows in the classroom. We love it.\" I reminded them that these came from generous donors, and their smiles and joy in that moment were unforgettable. \r\nThe play dough has also had a meaningful impact. I always believed it would help, but seeing it in action has been incredible. Each student received one, and they use it in most of our activity like working, independent activity, early finishers, IXL, and even during testing time. Many students quietly hold and shape it in one hand while completing their work with other. This simple tool has helped them stay calm, focused, and relaxed. It gives them a way to release stress and manage their feelings while learning. I also added it as a tool in our Calm Corner with pillows and books in the book bins.\r\nBook bins have also been very useful. Now, students can easily access books anytime during early finishers and independent time. The important and engaging books are arranged in the book bins. During early finishers time, many students pick a book, hug their pillow, and read quietly. It has created a peaceful reading environment.\r\nBecause of your generosity, my students are not only learning- they are feeling safe, supported, and cared for every single day.
