Small rewards such as snack prizes, stickers, or raffle tickets had encouraged students to stay engaged and put forth effort during lessons and practice. Goal-setting also played an important role, as students worked toward clear targets such as completing a set number of problems, improving accuracy, or mastering specific skills. When students tracked their progress and saw their growth, they felt more motivated and confident in their abilities.\r\n\r\nIn addition, incorporating games, hands-on activities, and real-world connections had increased student interest and participation in math. Friendly competition, such as challenges or team-based activities, has made learning more exciting while still reinforcing key skills. Fidgets also supported students who needed sensory input, helping them concentrate better on tasks and participate more actively in lessons.\r\n\r\nIn addition, fidgets helped improve classroom behavior and self-regulation. When students were given a choice in where and how they sat, they tended to feel more comfortable and engaged in their work. This increased comfort improved focus and allowed students to stay on task for longer periods. Flexible seating also supported different learning styles, as some students benefited from standing, moving, or sitting in alternative positions. By meeting these individual needs, students were better able to concentrate and participate in classroom activities.\r\n\r\nIn addition, flexible seating helped build independence and responsibility. Students learned to make choices about their learning environment and understood what worked best for them.
