Welcome to my Birthday Giving page! You may know that I started a <a href="http://charitini.com/post/63471197/welcome-to-charitini-now-buy-me-a-drink">birthday-centered project called Charitini</a> in 2008 to encourage a donations to my favorite charity in lieu of a birthday gift. <p>DonorsChoose has been one of my birthday charities every year and I am delighted to use my birthday to raise awareness of and funds for this fantastic organization again this year! </p> <p>I've chosen to support great classroom projects around Math & Science and Music & The Arts because I remember all the wonder and delight I experienced in school around those subjects. (As a lover of musical theater my whole life, I am well aware of the mathematical beauty of both music and lyrics and the perfect harmony achieved when they are combined. Ask Sondheim.
