My Students

My third graders are creative, inspiring, innovative, and active. I am so grateful to spend my day learning alongside them. These students are involved in so many activities inside and outside of school, both in the community and outside. Our school itself, is a low income school, in a rural community.

My students are eager to try new things and use their passions for good, and that's why I believe it's my job to give them the education they deserve to receive.

Our class is made up of so many dreamers and inventors, and I can't wait to see where the world takes them.

My Project

Every afternoon, we have an opportunity for students to have a small snack. Some students continue to show up day after day without a snack. Whether this is because of financial restraints or other reasons, I am asking for support in providing students with healthy snacks.

I am hoping that with a little help, I will be able to start a classroom snack supply closet.

I can't express enough gratitude for the ways in which projects just like this have impacted my classroom in the past. I am super excited to see where this project will lead, and the reactions of the students when the supplies arrives.
