My Project

This is a donation request to support my high school special education classroom at PHS in the RTM School district. We are looking for donations to provide our students with resources, materials, and specialized furnishings not covered by the school budget. These items are important for creating a supportive and engaging environment tailored to students with disabilities.

Key Support Areas:

1. Sensory and Communication Needs: Items to

help students regulate their emotions and

communicate effectively (e.g., fidgets, flexible

seating, sensory input tools).

2. Academic and Adaptive Materials: Specialized

books, workbooks, manipulatives, and technology

(e.g., adaptive seating, noise-canceling

headphones) that make the curriculum accessible.

3. Classroom Organization and Furnishings: To

establish designated learning, sensory, and break

areas (e.g., storage, flexible seating options,

durable furniture including standing desks and

tables).

Your support will help our students become more

independent, grow socially and emotionally, and

achieve academic success. These donations will

make a significant difference as they prepare for

life after high school
