Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Each one of my students always seems to find a way to make me laugh each day! They are special because they show the true meaning of what makes us human. I provide a safe zone environment as PBIS that we all make mistakes and it is a very normal part of life.

My students have some of the most unique thought processes and hearts and it is extremely humbling to have the opportunity to work with each and every one of them.

They make me proud everyday as we work together as a team to identify any weaknesses and further amplify their strengths.

Students that we service to within our surrounding communities come from low income families with high level needs in terms of both academically and emotionally. I have learned that when children can't function through social emotional circumstances that it makes it far more difficult to achieve and conquer academically!

My students have come a very long way and it definitely provides proof with hard work and not giving up that accomplishments are attainable.

My Project

These supplies will impact students at our school site by giving them that extra mental, emotional, internal and motivational push to be conscientious choice makers! Supplies will be attainable through great choices having being made which ultimately becomes their very own personal item to keep.

It also will grow their ability to be responsible in saving their caught being good tickets that they may earn throughout the day each day that are given by staff employees on site.

It will also enhance their math capabilities in that it will require them to use concept of "more than" and "less than" to attain their desired prize.
