My Project

Yoga and Social Emotional Learning space for individual students is guided by the opportunity for defined space with a yoga mat. The individual mat will allow students to have a space for them to stretch their minds and their bodies. Yoga mats will be used during mindfulness practice and also during our social emotional learning lessons. The mats will also be available to students who want to have a space to read during independent learning or reading time during our school day. The yoga mats will create a space created just for them.
