Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Working on getting yoga club up and running for the students as well as the adults at the school. This will help everyone learn some breathing techniques and calming strategies to help build up our community. We need to work together as a whole unit and starting to do the practice of yoga consistently and together we can build our community at school and it can spread to the homes of those who practice with us. Learning to control our emotions and remain calm will be of great help and service to everyone involved.
