This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students struggle with learning a new language but struggle even more when they do not have the proper materials like paper and pencils needed to succeed in the acquisition of a new language. Sometimes students come to school without the basic necessary school supplies. Most of the time students come with no paper or pencil and sometimes both.

My school does not have enough money to provide pencils and paper to every student.

At this point of the school year there are not enough paper and pencils left to provide for the student. In order for students to succeed they need to have the necessary school supplies. When students do not have access to the most basic school supplies how can we expect them to succeed in their education.
