My Students
My second grade innovators are about to embark on a stellar year of exploring, learning, and elevating to a new level. They are creative and passionate about learning new things.
The scholars that I teach are champions who are enthusiastic and ready to make their mark in the world with their passionate love of learning.
Watch out world here they come. They are true troopers who rose and will continue to rise to the occasion.
My Project
Student need to know how to write in each subject area. Take math for example, it requires more than just showing computations, it requires for students to explain their process. They must show their thinking. It is essential that instruction show modeling of simple sentences and gradually build to form well detailed paragraphs in each subject area.
Writing is essential, students need to know how to write in all subjects areas.
It is helpful to have anchor charts for them to refer to as a scaffold. The charts are excellent for remote learning at home. The headset will help me hear my student clearly when modeling away from the computer and when I am writing their answers on the chart.
