it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Coping. We all do it. Help me give my students a positive way to cope in journal form. Journaling is an outlet that students can use to express their innermost thoughts privately and without being judged. So often children speak their minds and describe their emotions and feel judgment is passed by the listener. These journals will allow a safe and comfortable way for students to get it all out on paper. Students cannot learn until their hearts and minds are unburdened. Their personal struggles cloud their minds making learning difficult. Journaling is a beautiful and powerful way of expression.
