What if we could RID our students of distractions? And by distractions I mean lice and nits. My students struggle daily with keeping their hair nit and lice free. If a student has live lice, they are sent home until their hair is clear. Sometimes it takes 1 day for the student to come back or up to 7 days. Students miss countless days of school due to lice and nits, which places them further scholastically behind than the rest of the class. What if these students did not have to miss school? What if they were not distracted by the uncomfortable feeling of lice and could focus on learning? What if they did not feel ashamed because they did not have lice? These students would thrive! You can help these students by providing lice treatment to KAES.
