Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Help me give my students an easier path to appreciating learning how to write and learning how to sharpen their pencils.

My students will become more self-reliant and it will help empower them to take the initiative to use pencils with me as the teacher helping them and aid them in using writing tools.

They will also learn patience which they will need as they grow into independent learners.

Although the supplies may be minuscule to some, new writing instruments and the tools to keep these instruments in writing condition are detrimental to my student's learning. Just as reading is fundamental, as is writing.
