Writing Center Fun!

Help me give my students a Space-Saver Writing Center, a Tabletop Writing Center, and wobble chairs to have an amazing writing center to practice their writing skills to prepare for kindergarten!

My Students

My students are incredible thinkers that love to learn.

Most of my students come from low socio-economic backgrounds where resources are not always readily available.

My students love to be in school and I would like to give them a learning environment that nurtures their love of learning!

My Project

Teaching students proper beginning writing skills is important as they transition to kindergarten.

The materials in this project will provide students with a designated space to practice their writing and pre-writing skills.

A writing desk and wobble chairs will allow students to practice proper posture and pencil grip while they write. The tabletop writing center will keep everything neat and organized.

Our students journal write, write and trace their names and draw various times during the school day.

When a child transitions to kindergarten with good writing skills, they are able to begin more difficult writing tasks.
