My Project

Vocabulary is a challenging skill for many students. Being able to identify the meaning of words and how they are used in sentences is a very important and necessary skill. Even though my students are in grades 7 and 8, those vocabulary words can be too difficult for them. When looking at specific vocabulary words for these grade levels, I realized that we need to focus on simpler words and activities.

Having vocabulary books that my students can use on their levels would be so beneficial!

These books will help them acquire the vocabulary words through definitions, sentence completions, synonyms and antonyms, word study, and more!
