My Project

My creative kindergarten students are learning how to be independent learners. Part of this includes learning about themselves as learners. They are learning to pay attention to when they need to work standing up, sitting at a table, sitting on a stool, or working on the ground.

Right now, the only options for working on the floor are to just sit on the rug or to sit on the hard tile floor.

The comfy floor chairs with backs will help students to stay focused and comfortable while working alone or in groups on the floor. The magnetic white boards will offer an alternative work space at ground level.
