My Project

I teach both reading and math to 5th and 6th graders. I am always looking for ways to improve their learning experience. Most students don't like to write down various learning processes in math or reading.

Even the shyest student will write on a dry-erase board.

Having a large white dry-erase board will encourage them to show their work. I like to utilize the additional learning space so that the students can model and explain their work to the class. It also allows them movement in the classroom which helps with classroom behavior and enhances learning.
