Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our class, we celebrate learning, love, kindness and friendship. We focus on self-love, diversity, social-skills, and how to be a kind person and student. We are a class of fun loving three, four, and five years old who love school. It is amazing watching these young students grow and learn throughout the school year.

We need new chairs for our classroom to help promote learning.

Students are learning how to sit in chairs independently. Activities students are doing in their chairs include; exploring with maniuplatives, social skills, learning how to draw and write, and completing mathematics and literacy activities. We need new wooden chairs for our dramatic play area to focus on social skills.

Our new chairs will help our classroom feel complete and give our students equitable access for learning. We want our students to be safe in sturdy chairs.
