Women Taking Care of Our Girls!

My Project

It came to my attention that our schools are not properly prepared to supply our teenage girls with the supplies that they need in an emergency. This past week I had a young lady find herself in a very uncomfortable situation and we were unable to get in contact with her mother. Over and over she told me how embarrassed she was.

With these supplies, I will be creating emergency pouches that would include sanitary napkins, wipes, and a change of clothes at their disposal.

These young ladies will have a space where they can immediately come to in an emergency in a nonjudgmental safe space.
