Help me give my students flexible seating options for my students. I have several students that really need stools to move on while they are working or listening. These colored stools will also match our calm color scheme.
I have the most amazing students!! I have a wonderful class of energetic and active students who really need a hands-on classroom. Unfortunately, many of my students face adversity such as poverty and changing schools frequently during their early elementary years. Since our school is Title I, most of our students participate in the free lunch program. My goal is to expose all my students to learning experiences that foster relationship building, critical thinking, and life long learning.
My students are incredibly extraordinary because they carry a wealth of knowledge driving them to do their very best!
My students come from all different backgrounds and ethnicities. They enjoy collaborating and participating in group activities, team-building exercises, and collaborative lessons, which is essential in building the classroom community as well as developing successful members of society. They are enthusiastic and driven to do their best in everything. I am encouraged by them each and every day!
My Project
We would really like these turquoise wobble stools for our classroom. There are a handful of students who really have a hard time sitting still and really need something to keep their bodies occupied while working and listening to and absorbing information in the classroom.
I have seen a big difference in these particular students' abilities to focus when they are able to move just a little.
These wobble stools will not only match the color scheme we have in our room, making it a peaceful and tranquil setting with calm colors, but it will also help those students who have a difficult time focusing on the task at hand.
My students really enjoy the flexible seating options available to them currently when we read around the room. However, we desperately need more options for those students who need more movement while they work.
