Wobble for Focus

Help me give my students an alternative to the traditional desk chair. I have a few students who are continuously being asked to sit in their chair correctly. I hope to help them focus and stay safe.

My Project

I have a classroom full of very active first graders. They work hard in every subject and are good friends who care about each other. However, I have a few that have difficulty sitting safely in a traditional chair when it's time to sit at a desk to learn.

I want to provide wobbly chairs as an alternative to traditional chairs .

This will allow them to wobble their bodies while focus their brain on learning. Using these wobbly chairs will allow them to sit for longer periods of time while remaining safe and paying attention.
